at SENTOSA!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
oh yea i didnt know what happened before that cos i reached late.
they played in the water and talk cock sing song play ping pong (?)
HURHUR. and when we reached (joh, jl, xf and i), they are already bathing
and we went to the SOUTHERN MOST POINT OF THE CONTINENT to chillout.

we left at six to go to vivo to meet two dumdums for dinner.
and packed food to the rooftop to eat.
ROMANTIC eh (: we LAUGHED, talked, eat.

Details are:
-3 Day 2 Night Chalet
-20th to 22nd [Friday to Sunday afternoon]
-Location is at East Coast near Area D [Island resort]
-Bring $30 [$15 for the event and $15 more JIC]
-Bring something to do [E.G. Monopoly, poker, Uno, psp, lappy..]
-Bring the necessary things for a 3 Day 2 Night stay. [Extra clothes if want to play in the Umi, HIGHLY ADVICED TO BRING EXTRA]
-Meeting time is 2.30pm in front of the Boon Lay MRT station control
-If meeting at Bedok MRT station, arrive at the station control by 4.15pm
-3 Meals settle outside or take away to chalet [2nd and 3rd day]

Activities are:
· BBQ [First night only]
· Play in the Umi [Anytime]
· Lie on the beach and gaze at the sola
. Treasure hunt around East Coast [Second day]

We will be having pizza delivery for dinner. As for the desserts, I think someone would be preparing for us bahs... The cost of these food will be shared EQUALLY among all of us. yooo ppl its been a while since this blog has a new post =D..but today..its DIFFERENT cus HERE I AM! To write an exciting yet boring post. Ehh i think i should start from congratulating those who attended. Planner: Marilyn, Members of the "fake" Parliament: Miss Joy Chen, Marcus, JunLong, Johnny, JiaJun, De Xian, Arthur, Kian Boon, Chee Lup, Li Yu, Olivia, Gladys, Raimi, Syazana, Iryani and photographer: Farhanah(i think correct spelling) =D.

Ok it started when im at the Popular cus it was early. I waited from 5.30pm. At 6, finally i came out of the red and white store and saw Marcus! wow hes grown abit "fatter" finally and jia jun was with him. Early Birds. Then we went up and meet up with LiYu and Marilyn who are also waiting. Chee Lup and De Xian in a jam, think they are lying oops. JunLong came by, everything starts to brighten up. Then the latecomers came, Chee Lup and De Xian, followed by the even latercomers Kian Boon and Arthur. His hair is atrocious, well somehow think Laura Lau would bite him HARD. ok time to go to IMM to eat!

Finally we reached the not so far yet not so near IMM, someone in ngee ann poly clothes joined us, then came the VIP, Miss Joy Chen! Well we couldn't decide where to eat, but finally went to the Secret...RECIPE! though our original plan was Swensens =D. The food ain't really that good, but its tasty. Well we ordered MANY THINGS, lazy to list. When we are halfway through, Gladys came, took a chair and ran from us =.-

Ok finished eating...Miss Joy Chen mysteriously sneaks out of her seat and paid the bill herself.. haiz bad bad bad =D but nvm, she is not gonna get away with this. Raimi, Syazana, Iryani and Farhanah came! (though im not sure for wad cause they din't eat) i guess they wanted to see us =D its been a year anyway. Its LONG, REALLY LONG OMG CANT THINK OF IT, but it seems so.

Ok time for departure, decided to go play Pool at JE Entertainment. Went with JunLong to buy slurpy though, haiz walk walk walk. Finally we reached there and game starts! Ok its now all secrets for those who have went, all losing form except De Xian! Hes as good as ever. Kian Boon planning for next outing..aww sadded, poor thing =D finally time to sleep bye ppl. . . . signing off......to PLAY

Today was Jia Jun's Birthday! We wanted to give him a surprise by not telling him we are going to meet him at Sentosa while he is dating with Yijia. But I guess Olivia gave away the day before? Haha she asked me whether I am going to Sentosa tml...I hope Jia Jun din't find out till today! So a bunch a dumb dumbs, DeXian, Jun Long, Johnny and Li Yu met up 11am at Jurong Point. But we set off on 11.30am becus of someone being late

After that we went to harbour front to meet cHee lup, who got the cake made by Yijia early in the morning to surprise JiaJun. We took the monorail and reached Sentosa. I din't know we were earlier than JiaJun and Yijia haha. Then we went to the same old beach =)(. When they come, I guess he was least bit surprised =.- haha. We played some ball games( stuck on tree while we try to hit it down )

Dun tell Olivia its her netball that she passed us during 11am before she went to church. haha ok. Some of us went down the water to play. Marilyn and JiaWen came late by themselves. Finally time to eat the cake. Marilyn joined them for the *swim* afterwards. JiaWen, Johnny and JunLong the triple Js are still guarding the bags =.-.(Many fun things happened..lazy to list =D its secret for those who went)

We went back to Vivo City to eat Kopitiam..sick of Terra Cafe haha. Marilyn, DeXian, JiaWen did not join us. After we went back home. JiaJun and Yijia go their way, the four dumb dumbs went back our way =D. Gossips happened you know wakakaka. Nothing else le ba..=( day ended smooth and rough. BYE!

Dear 4G

Here's the long awaited Gan3 Xie4 Ci2 that I owe you guys.. Ops. ;P

My birthday was really a memorable one this year because of my celebration with all of you. The pizza we ate for lunch was extra yummy because of the youthful (I didn't say childish!) chatter that went on. It feels so good to be surrounded by such optimism. Some people (like Joshua and Xiangfei) seem to have an ambition of hitting 2m before my next birthday, while others (like Boon Sian) are taking up new hobbies (archery - gasp!). There are of course, some constants - like De Xian and Johnny's caring nature, Kian Boon's continued passion for Scrabble, Arthur's gift of knowing the latest happenings. Haa! All in all, its great to really know that within a span of 9 months, all of you have already settled into your new place of learning. It has emphasized to me that the words 'zou3 chu1 qu4 jiu4 you3 lu4'. Haah! My feeble attempt at CHEENA! (Thankfully I don't have to S-P-E-L-L it!) It's really true.

Upon deeper reflection, school feels different without the enthusiasm that is the trademark of 4Grandiose. I really miss the times we had, really really. :) If I'm sane when the end-of-year-examinations begin, i'd try very hard to burn a copy of our photos from last year to one of you k?

Anyway, what I meant to say was that I am very glad to have had the opportunity to meet up with some of you on 3rd Sept. :) It makes me happy to know that you guys are moving onwards in life, pursing tertiary education and progessing on to adulthood. (Gasp! Makes me feel old all of a sudden! True.. found alot more white hair!) I really appreciate the efforts the organizers (Marilyn, Arthur, Liyu, did I miss out anyone?) took... Especially in giving me xiao bai aka ham ham! Its really cute... it brightens me up after a long day of working. :) However, I've not been successful in taking a nice picture of him.. when and if I do, I'd send it to you guys via Arthur ok?

Keep the blog going... I'd try and try my hand at tagging on the tagboard soon! Hhaha! :)

When's the next time we meet? Perhaps for a movie? National Treasure sequel - Book of Secrets or the Golden Compass. :) The advertising looked good! :)

The day started off with lunch at Pizza Hut at Plaza Singapura. Some people joined in for the Mind Cafe's segment of the outing while some came halfway through the Mind's Cafe segment. Despite the rain, it didn't dampen the excitement and everybody still enjoyed themselves in the end. I am sure everybody agrees that the Mind's Cafe is a good place to have fun and games. Afterall, what you are paying for is definitely worth it for four hours of gaming and a free flow of drinks, not forgetting the fun,joy and laughter. Value for money! Joshua! You gave us away by mentioning about the cake! I don't know if ms chen detected it though. =P.

For those of you who are still blur and didn't know what was going on towards the end of the Mind's Cafe games segment, we actually got one of the staff to lie that the package was ending soon and you all had to pack up so that we could clear up the table for the cake! Well, for those of you who don't know the story behind the cake, our dearest Liyu and Marilyn had to travel all over the place just to get this cake. Thanks to these two gals who went all out, the celebration proceeded smoothly. The big moment came when we brought the cake out, litted with candles! Haha! And of course, not forgetting the presents that we bought for our dearest 4G angel!

After patronizing the Mind's Cafe, it was finally time for dinner after a long day of games. We settled down at Vivocity's Terra's Cafe for our wonderful dinner, with Olivia joining us after work. Note to all 4Grandiose people, you can always join us for the outing somewhere in between or for certain segments even if you can't stay for the whole duration of the outing. We indulged in our dinner which was served with Mushroom Soup for starters and Ice cream for desserts. Most of us ordered baked rice while others ordered roasted chicken and potato gratin. A sumptuous main course indeed, peppered with lots of parmesan cheese. And Kian Boon, it's not Harbourfront cheese!

It was time to take a short walk at the Skypark at Vivocity after a nice dinner. We had some crazy fun up there on the Skypark, didn't we? =D. We all boarded the train and headed home after that. Even on the train, traces of laughter from 4G could be heard! I think we seriously disrupted the peace at Terra's Cafe, Vivo's Skypark and the train.

For the next outing, here are some possibilities. Do tag and indicate which one interests you. Alternatively, if you have something even better in mind, you could also suggest at the tag board. The most likely date for our next outing will be Mid-October - Towards the end of October. It would most likely be on a sunday as some people might have church on saturdays and most of us are not free on weekdays.

It's supposed to be me but i got some maths lecture in the afternoon so i will only be able to join you guys only around 4+ in the afternoon. Hi to all again. Please check this blog regularly as we approach nearly to the Big Day. Anyway, there will be some slight changes in the location. We will be celebrating at Pizza Hut at PS as planned followed by at Mind's Cafe at Boat Quay. Mind's Cafe is similar to Settler's Cafe in terms of pricing, its gaming package and it also offers board games just like Settler's Cafe. Just a note for the Muslims, the food there is not halal but they don't serve lard,liquor,pork and beer so i think it should be ok with you all as long as you all don't eat the food there if your not comfortable with it. I think drinks are ok right?

I have already made the neccessary reservations so please don't back out on the class! I have also checked with them that we can bring our cake there and they will provide servette ,plate and even allow us to put the cake in their fridge at no extra charge! Good news! =p.

We will be taking up the happy hour package which comes with free flow board games,drinks from 2-6pm. Of course if you order additional food there, you will be charged but i think you probably would eat your fill already at Pizza Hut. The package is at $5+ per person. The + is basically referring to the 10% service charge, there won't be any GST as they will be absorbing it.

If you have any other enquiries, you can check out the FAQ on their website. If you don't know how to go, don't worry. We will find our way there as a class.

Hi to all 4Grandiose ppl. In case you all have been wondering what we have been doing with your money, the present that we have bought for Ms Chen is a hamster named Xiao Bai. Here's some photos of Xiao Bai. =p.

And here's some updates for the 4G outing next monday. We will be meeting at 11am at JP Control Station. Alternatively, if your living in the west area but not near JP, you can meet us at 11.15 at JE Control station or at 11.45 at Dhoby Ghaut Control Station. Please leave your tags here to indicate where you want to meet the class at.

Do bring your cameras along if you have any or your handphones that are equipped with camera functions would do too so that you can take photos of the outing and the celebrations. And of yourselfs, if your a Cam-Whore. =P.

Today we went out for a birthday celebration dinner at Jurong West Stadium for Kian Boon's birthday. We went to the 99 cents Japanese Sushi Restaurant on the 4th floor.

We didn't really have a cake for Kian Boon so we bought Mochi Ice cream for him which consists of 15 of them and bought an additional 2 on which we placed candles to make it resemble a cake with candles. The dinner was quite fun and filled with laughter especially with the waiter that came to help us take our group photo after dinner.

Details: We will be having lunch at Pizza Hut which has the usual lunch promotions on weekdays. After that, we will head to the Settler's Cafe at Central to play games and celebrate Ms Chen's birthday. Settler's Cafe is a place where you will be able to play board games, card games and many other games. It is a much more better choice than movies because you will be able to interact more. The package at Settler's Cafe comes with free flow drinks. So don't ya worry about dying of thirst from all the socialising. The exact details of the time and location to meet at would be confirmed again in due time. Although it is a monday, i have checked with all the polys and jcs that we will all be having holidays!
